A Strategic Plan clearly lays out a meaningful and achievable future state. The Strategic Plan 2026 will be a bold and innovative plan to guide our Hospital and Health Research Institute for the next five years – and we need your ideas to help shape it.

Your ideas will inspire our future and guide the steps we take as an organization. With your input, the Strategic Plan will identify who we are and who we want to be – our Vision, Mission, Values, Aspirations and Desired Outcomes. It will also prioritize the needs of the community, and advance partnerships and health system integration.

In developing the plan, we have tremendous opportunity to learn from our past and present. We also want to learn from you – the staff and professional staff who do the important work every day, our patients and families, partners, and the community that we serve. Regardless of your role, background or experience, you all have valuable expertise to share that will help ensure our success.  The more input we receive, the better our plan will be.
