Advisory Committee

Purpose:

  • To develop the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan and recommend its approval to the TBRHSC and TBRHRI Board of Directors.
  • To ensure that the Strategic Plan is consistent with the Scope, Principles and Planning document approved by the TBRHSC and TBRHRI Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that the strategic planning process is implemented in a competent and comprehensive manner as defined by the Working Group.
  • To ensure that appropriate consultation is carried out to support the development of the plan.
  • To collectively identify and prioritize key challenges and initiatives facing TBRHSC.
  • To agree upon the key elements of the Strategic Plan, including Vision, Purpose, Objectives (SMART), and strategies.
  • To ensure a communication and deployment plan for launching the strategy is put in place.
  • To act as champions for the implementation of the plan and ensure periodic follow-up.
