In order to support additional parking at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, there will be an expansion of the A2 Parking Lot towards Golf Links Road. Concrete Pour in Diagnostic Imaging Department (January 26)

Shared on behalf of Kaitlyn Mauracher, Manager, Capital & Program Development

Thursday January 26, there is a concrete pour scheduled to support the construction of the new PET-CT suite in the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) department. This concrete pour is expected to be conducted between 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

There will be piping running on the floor through the DI department to bring the concrete to the construction site. Staff that need to access the department that evening should do so from the C hallway, by the G door, that enters by the MRI suites. Patients checking in at the DI desk will also be asked to access the department off the C corridor as well.

Thank you in advance for your patience and support in realizing this capital project.
