I am pleased to announce the appointment of Ruchi Shah to the temporary full time position of Risk Management Specialist. Ruchi began her new position with Quality and Risk Management on April 12, 2021.

We wish Melissa Dillon good luck as she takes time-off to welcome the newest addition to the family.

Ruchi brings to our organization vast experience, having worked most recently as Operations Manager at Saanjhi Inc. She has previously worked in business and legal firms where she applied effective risk management techniques and offered proactive solutions. Ruchi holds degrees in Economics, Law, Business and Health Administration.

In this role, Ruchi will be responsible for implementing Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre’s Integrated Risk Management framework and will help integrate risk management strategies with quality improvement initiatives.
