March 4th is Employee Appreciation Day and we want to acknowledge how extraordinary our team is. All staff and professional staff play a vital role in our Hospital’s ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Individuals with heart disease are more at risk of serious illness from COVID-19 and research continues regarding the long-term effects that it may have on the heart.

Dr. Chris Lai, a local cardiologist, will discuss the impact that COVID-19 has on the heart and what research is indicating regarding the potential long-term impact of the virus on the cardiac system.

The webinar will utilize the Zoom platform and be held on February 24th, from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Registration is requested and there are no fees associated with attending. There will be an opportunity to engage with Dr. Lai following their presentation.
