How to complete the survey:

• Visit bit.ly/TBRHSC-Accessibility-2024 by May 30, 2024
• Fill out a hard copy version of the survey which is available at the Hospital. Respondents can deposit their completed survey in one of the comment boxes located on every level at TBRHSC by the patient elevators and at the main entrance.
