On Monday, January 10th, there will be two changes coming to Webex:

Network Password Synchronization

1. You will still login with your email address.
2. Your Webex password will not be unique to Webex, instead it will synchronize with your Network/Groupwise password.
3. The “Forgot password” link on the login screen will no longer be required.

Recording Disclaimer

• All meeting attendees will see a Webex Usage disclaimer when joining a meeting.  The Disclaimer will let attendees know that the meeting may be recorded and accessed later. 
• Attendees must either agree or decline the terms.  If the terms are declined, the attendee will not be able to join the meeting.
