Please join me in welcoming Julia Bailey to her new role as Temporary Manager of the Infection Prevention and Control Department beginning January 4th, 2022.
Julia brings to this position a wealth of knowledge and experience. She joined the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre in 2013 as a Prevention, Screening and Assessment Intern where she planned and coordinated multiple staff wellness and chronic disease initiatives such as the Fresh Market. Julia has held many roles since then but most recently as the COVID-19 Assessment Centre Coordinator and then Hand Hygiene Coordinator/Infection Control Practitioner.
Julia is keen to continue enhancing Infection Control practices by engaging with stakeholders and working towards a successful Accreditation. Welcome Julia.
