The July 24, Operational Updates and Strategic Planning meeting featured an update on Patient Experience and was presented by Chad Johnson Director, Trauma and Pre-hospital, Emergency, Critical Care, Respiratory Services, & NLOT, and David McConnell Director, Regional Cancer Care Northwest and Prevention & Screening.
