Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre is looking for regulated health care professionals interested in obtaining education on how to become a preceptor or mentor to students and new staff.

This four-hour paid education session will focus on enhancing your ability to support learners effectively, while fostering a positive and engaging teaching experience. Participants will explore strategies for collaboratively developing learner goals, supporting individuals experiencing challenges, and delivering both constructive and executive feedback in a meaningful way. The workshop is designed to build confidence, promote consistency in preceptorship practices, and support excellence in clinical education across disciplines.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Auditorium A & B. Please see the attached poster for registration and more details.
