Attention All Nursing Staff
You are being asked to participate in a research study entitled “Retention of Nursing Staff in an Acute Care Setting: A Northwestern Ontario Perspective”.
We have chosen you as you are a current employed nurse at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
We want to explore what motivates nurses to continue in their position/profession, as well as the factors that contribute to them leaving.
