To Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and Thunder Bay Regional Health Research Institute Employees:

We are writing to you today to request your feedback related to your experiences in the health sector including workforce conditions, challenges, and opportunities. It is our hope that this data will help inform academic programming and recruitment and retention efforts for future students as well as inform workplace initiatives by the health sector in Northwestern Ontario.
