Thank you for your patience as we have been working with the vendor to resolve some technical challenges related to the much anticipated Coaching For Development (CFD) program. As you may recall, CFD is a performance conversation that is employee driven, but jointly owned through meaningful and interactive conversations with management. There have been several technical issues which have extended the launch of CFD.
In order to ensure a successful launch of the program, we will be testing live in Dual Code, our learning management system, prior to the launch of the 2023/24 learning year. While precautions will be put into place to prevent unnecessary notifications or emails, there is the potential for the system to send out automated emails informing staff of overdue or pending CFD forms. If received, these emails should be disregarded. There is currently a banner on our Dual Code LMS, also notifying users of the possibility of early CFD assignment.
Upon completion of testing, training sessions for the CFD will be rescheduled, and any dates or deadlines, when set, will be communicated in advance to Managers and staff.
