New Email Archiving Software

As of June 18, 2021, we will no longer be using NetGovern Archive to archive email from our GroupWise system. We are moving to a new product, Microfocus Retain to provide our email archiving needs.

What does this mean to you?

Items found in your mailbox as of June 1 2021 will now be in your Retain archive. For most, this includes items from October 1 2020 to present day.

What about my stuff in the NetGovern archive?

You can still access your historical items in NetGovern Search. However it will only be current as of June 16 2021.

How do I access Retain?

You can access Retain through the Email Archive icon found in your ZAP.

A new button to access Retain within your GroupWise client will also be installed to your client in the upcoming weeks.
