We are delighted to extend a warm welcome to our new Simulation Program Medical Co-Leads, Dr. Sonja Lubbers, Dr. Rosamaria North and Dr. Aaron Ruberto. We are excited to have individuals with a wealth of experience and expertise on board, and we look forward to the positive impact they will undoubtedly bring to our organization.

The Medical Leads will act as representatives for the Simulation Program and will collaborate with NOSM U on academic and administrative matters as they pertain to simulation-based education.

To assist in achieving this goal, the Medical Leads will partner with the Senior Director, Nursing, Academics & Practice Excellence to advance the Simulation Program at TBRHSC, collaborate with the Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Academic Advisors in the organization for the promotion and delivery of simulation-based programs within the hospital. They are also responsible for developing and delivering curriculum to advance health professions’ Interprofessional and Clinical competencies.

They will report to the VP, Medical and Academic Affairs.
