As per the memo circulated in February 2023, IT will the retiring the NetGovern Archive software, which is the predecessor software for archiving email, on October 31 2023. At this time, the archive requirements for containing 3 years of data will be fully met in our current archiving software, Retain.
On this date, users will no longer have access to the NetGovern archive.
Any archived email items that are required from NetGovern Archive should be saved to a network drive prior to October 31.
To access the NetGovern Archive, users can login to the NetGovern Search icon found in the Zenworks Application launcher.
