I am pleased to announce Ryan Rossit as our Interim Manager, Decision Support & Case Costing,
replacing Justin Garofalo for the period September 18, 2023 through November 3, 2023.

Ryan holds a degree in Honours Commerce from Lakehead University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. After several years working in the private sector, Ryan joined us as a Decision Support Analyst in 2016, then as a Decision Support Consultant since 2019.

During his time here, Ryan has proved incredibly effective in applying his wealth of knowledge, skills
and experience in assisting leaders and others across TBRHSC in planning and budgeting,
developing proposals and business cases, analyzing and improving their operations, and ensuring all
financial and statistical reporting requirements are addressed. As the interim Manager, Ryan will
oversee day-to-day operations and supervision of Decision Support and Case Costing staff, and
subject to availability, will continue supporting his current clients with their ongoing Decision
Support needs.
