Recent changes to the organizational structure of Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC), as identified in the organizational charts, have necessitated changes to our 411 directory.

The 411 directory is now based on Department/Program Service name only, instead of organizational hierarchy.

What does this mean? 

When you search and display a Department record, the detail page will no longer show a bread crumb of the organizational hierarchy path (below – point #1) nor any sub pages that are tied to the Department record you are viewing (point #2). 

Moving forward, any changes made to the organizational charts in relation to Department additions, removals, name changes and reporting structure will be easily modified in the 411 directory.

Department Managers, please review your departments and ensure the correct name is reflected in the 411. Please submit a Help Desk service ticket for any changes to existing Department/Program Service names.
