Comment boxes are again accessible for individuals to leave a compliment or concern using the form located at each of the boxes. These forms are collected and processed by the Quality and Risk Management Department.

As a reminder, concerns and compliments can also be submitted online at www.tbrhsc.net, by calling 684-6019 and by mail. Any staff member is able to submit a compliment or concern on behalf of a patient/visitor using the icon located in your Novell dashboard.
